During a Pilates Powerhouse class, you can expect to work on a variety of Pilates exercises that target different muscle groups. Our instructors will provide modifications and adjustments to ensure that each person gets the most out of their workout.
We welcome individuals of all ages to attend classes at Pilates Powerhouse. However, minors must have written consent from a parent or guardian to participate.
For optimal comfort and freedom of movement, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes that allow easy mobility. Additionally, most members find it helpful to bring a small towel and a water bottle to stay hydrated during the class.
